you are invited to attend the AGM of Longford Rugby Club on Thursday June 16th 2022 at 8PM in the Sin Bin (Longford RFC).  

This is an important AGM as it includes the bi-annual election of a new Board: President, Vice-President, Chairperson, Honorary Secretary, Chair of Rugby, Chair of Finance and Chair of Administration.

Notes:

• The above AGM is that of Longford RFC not Longford RFC Ltd.
• Any notice of motion proposed by any paid up Member or Director must be must be sent to dbbirdy@gmail.com to reach him by 02/06/2022 (at least 14 days before the AGM). The person raising the motion must be present at the AGM.
  
• All officer nominations must be sent to dbbirdy@gmail.com to reach him by 09/06/2022 (at least 7 days before the AGM). Any persons nominated for posts and those nominating them must be present at the AGM. Nominations must be signed by two paid up members.
  
• Only Full (Fully Paid Up) Members are entitled to attend and vote at the AGM.  Social Members are not eligible to attend or vote.
