Longford Senior Men normally train every Tuesday and Friday night at 7.45 PM with Leinster League Matches held on a Sunday.

Longford J1 XV play in Leinster League 2A and the J2 XV play in Leinster Seconds League 2A, with matches kicking off 1.5 hours before the 1st XV.

Longford also play in the Midland League & the Provincial Towns Cup.
