Wilson’s Hospital School

For the first time in it’s history, the Junior Girls Rugby team from Wilson’s Hospital School have qualified for the final of the Junior Cup, defeating St Pauls Monasterevin in their Semi-Final on a scoreline of 14-12. The School regularly features players from Longford RFC, boys and girls, and this years Junior squad is no different, including Rheanna Waters, Addison Flower and Louisa Ferguson, all of whom have come up through our Minis and now play their Youth rugby here.

The final will be held in Energia Park, Donnybrook, on Thursday when the School will meet the winners of the other Semi-Final between Ardscoil Na Trionoide and Scoil Chriost Ri Portlaoise.
