Longford RFC field two teams at senior level:
The First XV play in Leinster League Division Two.
The Second XV play in Division Two of the Provincial Seconds League.
Both teams also compete in the Provincial Towns Cup and the Midland League.
At Junior Level Longford field at every age level from Under 6's to Under 20's.
New players, beginners or seasoned veterans alike, are always welcome and will receive a warm reception.
If you were watching the six nations and have never played before or fancy rekindling a glorious rugby career why not come down to training on a Tuesday or Friday night at 8pm under the expert tutelage of our Senior Coach Team:

The Club has excellent playing facilities including two flood lite all weather pitches, a flood lite training area and newly renovated changing rooms. Also the bar has been newly refurbished and is now open seven days a week for club members and guests under the management of Brian Farrell.
