Directions to Longford RFC


DIRECTIONS COMING FROM DUBLIN ON THE N4

1. On approach to Longford take the 2nd exit at the first roundabout onto the Longford bypass.

2. Continue straight through the next roundabout along the bypass.

3. At the next roundabout take the first exit to the left.
(You will pass McDonalds on the right)

4. Immediately after the Shell Filling station on the right take
the 2nd exit to the right at the mini roundabout.

5. Continue straight for 500 metres.

6. The rugby club is visible on the right.




COMING FROM WESTPORT ON THE N5

1. Continue straight along the N5 into Longford Town.

2. Turn left at the traffic lights.

3. Follow the road for about a mile.

4. You should pass the army barracks on the left and St. Johns
Church on the right.

5. After a mile take the first exit at the mini roundabout
turning left.

6. Continue straight for 500 metres.

7. The rugby club is visible on the right.

Membership

All players please note

Rugby membership is now due for the coming season. It's important for all players of all grades to renew as non-payment means that you can't play for the club, owing to insurance reasons. The membership is as follows: €100 for senior players; €50 for non-playing members (including coaches); €25 for students.

Membership is payable to Victor Connell, Membership Secretary, or to any of the following - 1st XV: Martin Maguire (President); Ronan Keith (Captain); Michael Murphy. 2nd XV: Victor Connell, David Kearney, Mark Noble. 3rd XV: Thomas Lyons, Derick Turner. Women's Membership payable to: Lisa Brady. Membership includes Insurance.
